RATES

Our rental rates vary depending on the dates you choose.

        Rates for our luxury Nantahala cabin rental are per night with a 2-night minimum stay required (longer for holidays). The base occupancy is 6, with maximum occupancy of 8.

        With groups of more than the base occupancy, or any time sleeping on a futon or sofa bed is required, additional cleaning charges apply. Towels are provided for the base number of occupancy; additional linens and towels
may be provided for guests utilizing the futons for sleeping. (Please note that we do NOT have a per-person-per-night charge for the additional occupancy).

POLICIES

Rates are subject to change without notice. Please verify rates when making your reservation. A 10% sales and occupancy tax is added to published rates.

Deposits — We require a 50% deposit plus a booking fee of $25 to hold a cabin. The deposit is fully refundable only with written cancellation at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Without 30 days notice, deposits are only refundable if the cabin is re-rented.

Cancellations — Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled arrival (including no-shows) are obligated for the entire amount of the reservation, unless the cabin can be re-rented.

The booking fee is non refundable.

Smoking — Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin.

Pets — Small dogs are okay with prior approval, additional security deposit and additional cleaning fee. By bringing a pet, you agree to the terms of our complete Pet Agreement (available upon request), which provides very specific rules for pets including: no pets on furniture (including beds and sofas), unattended pets in cabin must be crated, and other requirements. The Pet Agreement also provides that pets brought without advance notice will be charged double the normal pet fees.
